EPF Registration not received for Pvt Ltd Company even after 1 year

Hi Team, 

I registered a pvt ltd company on 31st December 2024  and till now EPF registration  showing Applied for. 

I raised a ticket as well but till now no resolution received even after 1 month. 

I visited EPF office as well MCA office but no response.  

EPF deprtment says it is pending from MCA and MCA department saying it is pending from EPF office. 

I need EPF certificate at the earlist but not getting any positive response from Department. 

Kindly let me know if you have any suggestion.

Now as per Law it is mendatory to apply for EPF registration while incorporating the new company. 

and in every case I recived withing 3 or 4 days of company incorporation.
