MCA Query:- Closure of LLP

Hello Members,

I have submitted the Form 24 for closure of LLP and ROC raised query before also saying that :


Statement of Accounts as on date -  date not mentioned (it should not be older than 1 month).


After submitting again the form ,again they have raised the query saying the same and attached one notice also:



It is hereby informed that the status of LLP Form24 submitted by PITTIE REALTY LLP vide SRN M09645110 dated

11-03-2019 has been changed to "Action initiated for strike off - Examination" on account of action initiated under Rule 37(1) of the LLP Rules, 2009 with the following remarks:

 

Statement of Accounts as on date -  date not mentioned (it should not be older than 1 month).

 

You are advised to take necessary action with respect to the above at the earliest in order to get the form processed.

TRACK TRANSACTION STATUS, 

Action initiated for strike off - WILL BE THE NEW STATUS OF SRN UNDER TRACK TRANSACTION STATUS.

Yes i have seen in Master Data it is showing under process of strike off .

i got worried only because they written again the same query .

It is just a technical error. The same happened in our case but the form was approved.

I have also faced the same issue, may I know why the status of your LLP is shown as DEFUNCT on MCA portal as on date ?

If any annual form is not filed for any previous year than status of LLP is shown as defunct.

Hi Heny,

Please visit ROC and reconfirm requirement with Officer, who handled form.

I had nearly similar case where ROC officer said, LLP will be striked off and comment for requirement creeps in sometime due to some system issue.

So please meet officer and confirm requirement.
