Help on Form CHG - 8 - Satisfaction of Charge

Anyone help for filing of CHG - 8, which sequence to be followed for filing of CHG - 8 - Firstly CHG - 4 --------CHG - 8 ----------- Inc 28 ?

CHG 4 first (You need the SRN of this form for CHG 8.)

Then CHG 8

Then INC 28

After filing of CHG 4, Charges details have been removed automatically or it is showing till approval of CHG - 8 or INC 28.

After filing CHG 4, the charge is not removed immediately.

The charge continues to appear on the MCA master data and charge register until the entire condonation process is completed and the ROC approves the satisfaction.
