Dear Shivam

this is very issue specific and if u are asking as COmpany's CS, pls ask the Merchant Banker to share.

If u r asking from Merchant Banker point of view, then pls try to refer to previous assignment copies.

Resolutions are majorly individual/ Team specific and that's why I recommend to do this.
