SH-7 MOA AND STAMP DUTY FEE QUERY

HI, PLS GUIDE!!

 

I TRIED TO PAY MOA DUTY  & STAMP DUTY ON INCREASING OF AUTHORISED CAPITAL THROUGH ONLINE MODE I.E. INTERNET BANKING, BUT MCA HAS ONLY CHARGED FOR MOA FEE AND NOT FOR STAMP DUTY. PAYMENT HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM ACCOUNT FOR MOA BUT SHOWING AS NOT PAID UNDER TRACK PAYMENT STATUS, BUT OPTION TO CANCEL SRN IS ALSO DISABLED, WHILE ON THE OTHER HAND STAMP DUTY IS STILL NOT PAID. IF ANY ONE FACED SUCH ISSUE OR KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH IT PLS GUIDE. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

In the case of stamp duty payment, while filling the form itself u would have known how much amount is applicable for the company. It might have been zero fees for stamp duty, so payment status will be shown like that only. (For nil payment of stamp duty)

As for as moa fees payment, if the amount is debited, please wait for atleast one day, either the status will become paid or u will be refunded. Or else u can check the payment status of the SRN from Track payment status.
