I'm  in the process of applying for the strike-off of a private limited company that has two directors.

One of the directors’ DIN is currently deactivated. I would like to seek your clarification on whether it is permissible to proceed with the strike-off application by activating only one director’s DIN, without reactivating the other director’s DIN.

Kindly advise on the applicable requirements and whether any additional steps are necessary in this regard.
