Hi,

If a CA is certifying Form AOC-4, he needs to generate UDIN. For a CS, they don't need to generate UDIN for Form AOC-4.

For Form MGT-7A, there is no question of UDIN since no professional is certifying the same. If you meant to say Form MGT-7, if it is signed by a Practicing CS, he needs to generate UDIN, a CS in employment doesn't need to generate UDIN.
