While filing form No 24 we are facing a query that "there are eform(s) (other than complaint eform) work items open, or are pending for payment of fees against the LLP. Filling of the form is not allowed"

Attached the screenshot for the same, can you guide us how to resolve this?

I was facing this issue since last 2 months raised so many tickets but after trying everyday finally on 4th Oct it has been submitted.

You should visit respective roc to find if there is any form pending for approval

Can Form 24 be filled without filing Form 3 ? 

Form 3 has not been filled since LLP incorporation. 

Kindly Advise in this regard.
