LLP Name approval

Hi, 

Has anyone received LLP name approval under V3 portal ? We had applied on 17/03/2022 and the status of the same is still under processing.

I have applied on 9 March. Status is resubmission. But no resubmissions are showing yet.

I contacted one of my contact at crc he said that officers are under training purposes so nothing is happening in llp forms on new portal.

I think if all these issues are happening then MCA should also give relaxation on the penalty part .

totally agreed as in almost all forms (form 3, 8, 15 ) finding technical issues which is not allowing to proceed further.

they must give relaxation in fees.
