FORMAT OF AFFIDAVIT & INDEMNITY BOND

Hello friends 

Is there an change in format of affidavit & indemnity bond for striking of llp ?

Kindly send me new format..

we have received re submission that  Affidavit and Indemnity
Bonds are not made as per the prescribed format in the light of Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Rules, 2017 vide Notification dated 16.05.2017  

Kindly send me asap.
