DIR-3 KYC Foreign Nationals - Error downloading form n DIR 3 KYC related issues

Hi all

Any one has recently done DIR-3 Kyc in V3 for Foreign Nationals residing outside India or residing in India on Employment VISA.

Also form downloading error (DIR-3 KYC -- for mobile no update in case foreign nationals), even after multiple time edit and submit Still unable to download form. Plz update. Also OTP not received on foreign numbers.. plz provide your valuable inputs whatever it be which has resolved the issues

You have to approach the helpdesk for this but before that raise a ticket because it's a technical issue from their side.

Thanks for prompt reply Kartik Sir , already raised issue with MCA. Lets see what they have in their pitara, will they open it  or simply reply with issue resolved. :D

does anyone facing issue while getting OTP? I have received it on phone 2 3 times but after verifying mobile otp Now the OTP id not coming on Mail... Anyone can Help pls

Third class service by MCA either the call get ended automatically or they receive call after 10 min of ringing And If they make so valuable affront to receive the call and speak then after listening the Qurey they keep you on hold for next 20 30 min so that OTP get expired and the again we do the same Process for aking OTP to director 1000 times..

And in this kind of service they were having due date for 30 th sep. if there system and site is not ready for this kind of pressure either they should extend the date or imporve the site prb.

Hi I faced the same problem. Its browser issue. Either use Microsoft edge or internet explorer.
