Hi All,

We would like to check if anyone has received Certificate of Incorporation for a new incorporated private limited company from 1st April 2026 or later.

Kindly check mca website, there was one notification regarding the same that it will be delayed for some time.

Due to recent changes in PAN & TAN requirements (effective 1st April 2026), COI issuance via SPICe+ / FiLLiP may be temporarily delayed.
