MOA and AOA WITH 1 NRI AND 1 RESIDENT DIRECTOR

I'm incorporating a company with 1 Indian Director and 1 NRI Director, in this case, MOA and AOA of the company will be in eform, or physical MOA and AOA be required? and if physical MOA and AOA will be attached will they be apostilled?

if Yes, physical apostille copy of MoA and AoA to be attached in Spice form
