DIR 3 KYC - DSC REGISTRATION ISSUE

I have to update email id of director, while doing the same through dir3 kyc MCA is asking to register the dsc first, but client doesn’t have access to old email because of which we are doing kyc.
Any suggestion what can be done in this case?
