Error while filing Form 11 LLP

Dear All, 

While trying to upload Form 11 LLP getting error "Please attach DSC of Designated Partner" but its already attached and and also updated on MCA portal.

Anyone has any solution than please let me know.

DSC of both the partner in Same software i.e Adobe reader 11 version.if both the sign in different software so this error come.
