NESL -Guidance required

Our Company has Availed Loans from Banks now we are receiving a Mail from NESL Says Requesting for Authentication what does it mean ?

 

How may I Clear this

You would need to get the document authenticated by 

National E governance Services Limited. 

This is an Information Utility service . 

The debt providers will need this authentication.

whether is it mandatory for a company to register with  NESL?

Because when I click on the link provided in the mail for checking the information, link goes to NESL site and it says for checking any information register yourself

Not mandatory, yet depends on the lender. 

If the lending banker or FI has subscribed to the IU 

Services of NESL, they could request the same. 

Pls check with your lending institution for more information.

We are receiving the mails from Nesl to authenticate the data that means we have to authenticate the same.

Its simple procedure; 

1. first on Contact help desk number.

2. They will check login settings, after that login with DSC (its setting also they will check) better to provide access to your system.  

3. Give requisite documents like - PAN No. of Company, Authorised persons details, mobile No. etc. 

4. After inserting details it will be due for registration. 

5. They will ask for Authorisation in there format, that has to be executed and mail it to them. 

6. After that you need to reset the password.

5. after that In one of the options it will show your borrowings list, that needs to be confirmed (nothing but authentication), If something is not as per agreed term then it has to be reported through comment section and posted,
