Error occurring while uploading form ADT-1.

Error occurring while uploading form ADT-1. Tried many times

Any suggestions?

Hello,

We received this error before. Below is what we did.

1. Closed the browser

2. Opened a new browser

3. Logged into MCA website

4. Tried uploading the form. It was then throwing a new message "This form is already filled. Please modify and upload the form again"

5. We then went to Track SRN / Transaction Status. Input appropriate dates and found that a SRN was already created for the previous upload that failed with this side cannot be reached issue.

6. Cancelled the SRN

7. Uploaded the form again.

Please note that the site cannot be reached and the form is already filled,  these messages are 2 different issues. Just shared what we encountered.

Firstly go to Track srn/transaction status option. Put start date n end date as date of transaction. There will be a srn generated for that respective form. You need to cancel that. After this, close the browser, go to desktop, open Run command, type %temp% and click Ok. Now system will show many temparory file, select all and delete them. Again open your browser, go to browser setting and clear all the browsing data. Now try to upload your form.
