My query is whether body corporate loan taken prior to 1.04.2014 but not paid and which is still outstanding as on 31.3.2019, in such case both DPT3 returns are to be filed. Please reply. ?

Dear 

Amount raised before 01.04.2014 and is still outstanding has to be mentioned in DPT-3 which will be on an annual basis and not in DPT-3 which is filed for one time basis.

while filing the form for dormant company, it is appeared that the form cannot be filed for the status of dormant company

Dear Members,

Please reply if company has taken bank guarantee on 01.04.2018 amounting to Rs. 40 lakh and created charge on fixed deposit for said bank guarantee but not showing amount of bank guarantee in borrowings head of balance sheet, does that require to mention in Form DPT-3??

Dear sirs

Bank gurarantee is a non fund based  facility. It is not received in money. So  not accounted in books    and no liability in shown in books of accounts

Loan from NBFC: Loan amount received from a NBFC shall be disclosed as money received from other company in form DPT-3.
