FIRST YOU'LL NEED TO DRAFT A NEW SUPPLEMENTARY AGREEMENT AS PER YOUR PREVIOUS LLP AGREEMENT 

IN CASE OF APPOINTMENT YOU'LL  NEED CONSENT LETTER IN fORM-9

IN CASE OF RESIGNATION YOU HAVE TO ATTACH RESIGNATION LETTER AND ACCEPTANCE OF RESIGNATION
