How to submit Form 9 for individuals not having Valid DIN?

Can we submit Incorporation form without Form 9?

Form-9 me DSC sirf unke lagte h jinke ps DPIN ho.... Jinke ps DPIN ni h, unke dsc ni lgte form-9 me. So, u can upload form-9 without dsc for partners not having valid DPIN.

Dear friends,

While proceeding for incorporation, at the time of PROCEED for FORM 9, facing an error that entered PAN is not valid , here all proposed DP are not having DIN so in the last page had entered  PAN of proposed DP, facing error for all DP. 

Please help if anyone knows the solution.
