STK - 2 Approval Request

Hello All, 

How much time does ROC take to approve/ reject a STK-2 form.

I have filled STK-2 on 28/07/2022, but it is showing as pending for approval.

Already raised tickets.

Any help will be appreciated.

Dear professional,

I also filed stk -2 dated 15th July, 2022 and got a revert from mca dated 29th July, 2022... it almost took 15 days. The roc gave remarks like acknowledgement of itr of last 3 years and bank closure statement. Roc requested for  resubmission of form stk-2

Check status on Master Data. If it is showing under process of strike off, that means that it has been approved. But you will get Strike Off certificate only after it is published in gazette. That may take time.

In Master data it is showing active, and in transaction status it is showing as pending for approval.
