Address Proof for new Company Incorporation

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am incorporating new Company. Problem is that Company does not have electricity connection, it is open land and now they will start construction. so unable to give electricity bill as address proof of Company. Can I give them property tax receipt as proof of address? or which other documents MCA will accept as proof of address of Company?

Your guidance is needed.

Tell your client to get a new Electricity Connection by providing property tax receipt and then apply

You can avoid electricity bill as of now. Then you can file within 30 days of incorporation and meanwhile you can arrange electricity bill in 30 days or any other utility bill
There will be option in Spice Part B+ for registered office address

take Wifi Connection and use that Wifi Bill  This can be done on immediate basis

Yes, property tax receipt is acceptable as proof of address. Did the same recently.
