Dear colleagues
After filling the LLP incorporation application,
Form 9 generated from does not contain the signatures of the designated partners not having DIN
Anyone facing the same problem / any resolution??

Hi
was able to file Fillip & Form 9.
Earlier the portal was not allowing to upload Form 9, saying signature not validated.
Now it is happening and form 9 does not require DSC of partners not having DIN.
