CANCELLATION OF FORM-11 UPLOADED ON A MCA DUE TO TECHNICAL GLITCH

If you have uploaded a wrong FORM-11 on a MCA portal and due to that if you are unable to file a FORM-8 then kindly request a MCA to cancel the SRN of FORM-11 filed by you.

Respected Sir/Ma'am,

This is with reference to the above stated subject. I would like to draw your kind attention towards our case in which we have uploaded a FORM-11 with SRN XXXXXXX on 21/06/2022.

While filling a web based FORM-11 we noticed some variation in the data. The Obligation amount (prefilled) was showing 0 instead of xxxxxxxx; we thought that it is a technical glitch which will get resolved automatically and we uploaded the form with the same glitch.

Further to inform you that, while filling out FORM-8 we are getting a pop-up that the obligation amount is not matching/correct; which is due to the uploading of FORM-11 having the wrong information.

Henceforth we are hereby requesting you to kindly cancel the FORM-11 having SRN: xxxxxxxx;  so that we can fill it with the correct data again and thereafter file a FORM-8.

We are attaching a copy of below mentioned documents for your reference.

1. Copy of a  Master data of LLP (Showing total obligation and contribution)

2. A copy of FORM-11 filed for the year 2021.

3. Copy of a FORM-11 filed for the year 2022 (To let you know the mistakes in a form in comparison to last year form)

We have been suffering with this technical glitch since long and we expect only from you to do the needful on a priority basis.

Will it work incase of resubmission in fillip form,as in resubmission they marked the below stated fact as there is no such declaration to mark on fillip form or else what can be done?

"The forms are taken on record, solely subject to the liability of the professional and the applicant and subject to provisions of section 37 of the LLP Act,2008 and rules made thereunder which provide the furnishing of any information or omission any material/information false shall attracts punishment and penalty for the same".

Please mention the mail id on which we have to send this email for form - 11 cancellation,because of technical glitch i am also getting the same error for form-8.
