Master data

[Deepali Garg]

Hi,

As per master data of company available on MCA V3 portal, the category of director is independent but the correct category is promoter. The director was appointed under the Companies Act, 1956. Kindly suggest how to rectify the category to promoter and what documents will be needed for making the changes.
