Change of CIN of Company from "L" to "U"

Dear all,

My company got delisted from the Calcutta stock Exchange on May 17th ,2021. I had written a letter to ROC regarding change of status along with copy of delisting order.

Till now the CIN has not been changed. Can anyone guide me the process for changing CIN from L to U post delisting.

Status of CIN will change after filing MGT-7 and select unlisted in MGT-7.

I had filed MGT-7 with status unlisted and attached the delisting order copy. The form got approved but still the CIN is L.

Hii Neha, 

It's not enough to file delisting copy, first of all you'll have to obtain fresh Certificate of Incorporation,

visit the concerned RoC, ask them what due procedure has to be followed.

Also note, Post delisting, Company will become Public Company & not private company.

File Form GNL-2 with application and other relevant documents and resolutions and Delisting order, and followup with ROC for approving said for.

My Company also got delisted recently, can you please help me with ROC related compliance to change its CIN from L to U. what attachments required in GNL-2.
