Resubmission/Rejection Comments

Dear All

As CA has applied through his user ID for name reservation then he should sign the name reservation clarification letter or Proposed Director of the company should signed the name reservation clarification letter.

But you don't think its little bit illogical as at the time of applying of name, no where Director name submitted to ROC. CA had applied through his user ID for proposed director.

In my opinion and as per the process we follow in our office, when a client assigns work for Company Incorporation or Name Reservation to us then as per his/her direction we apply for name reservation or company incorporation or any other form before ROC.

Therefore, the clarification letter or any other letter must be signed by the directors / subscribers / authorised person who are proposing such incorporation / name reservation through us. 

Reply against any legal concern / query can be signed and given by the professional.

Further, it will be a good practice if that letter countersigned by the professional as well but not required necessarily.
