BEN-2 QUERY

1) What is the copy of agreement required if there is significant control or influence by SBO?

2) A private limited company ,has a foreign Company as holding Company  and the ultimate holding Company is also a foreign Company which is listed.

The ultimate Holding Company has two major  Individual Shareholders one holding 30 percent and other Holding 10 percent in the ultimate holding Company? Will BEN 1 and BEN  2 be applicable?
