Spice uploading error

I’m facing this error while uploading spice form even after having exactly same details in agile and spice and attaching all the dsc in form 9. Can anyone help me with this?

Please try this. It worked for me.

1)cache issue : Please clear the cache from your browser and system.

                please refer below link:

                https://kb.wisc.edu/page.php?id=15141 

Follow the below steps to clear temp files from system.

Click on Start ->Run -> type ‘Temp’ and press enter button . This will open a folder , delete all files 

   

2)Do not directly open Eform from the inbox/sharepoint/ZIP folder/DESKTOP/or Any cloud storage system(DROPBOX/GOOGLE DRIVE) and Affix the DSC.

It should be first saved in to your local drive(D,E,F)only. - 

3)Save the eform after prescrutiny is successful. Please make sure that PDF file name or attached file names should not have any special characters.

4) Please use latest "Adobe Acrobat DC" version for opening or signing form.

5)Please go through the video link provided below for troubleshooting the DSC error at pre-scrutiny and upload

The problem is due to an error in forms.

1. The spice Part B (for incorporation of a company) included a new declaration about the "approval to be taken from the GOVERNMENT of India '' under the FEMA. The SPICE PART B is asking for a declaration and even if we select the button "NO, the person is not required to obtain the declaration in the online form", the output of spice INC-9 showing tick on the declaration "permission required as well as permission not required from the Government".

2. The second issue is in SPICE PART-B  in the declaration section.  While filing the form it does not ask for declaration of commencement of NIDHI BUSINESS. But the output of the file shows an unchecked box in the declaration form of NIDHI.

Because of these two errors along with other modifications in the form (adding declaration) the final forms are giving different types of errors while uploading it on the MCA server.

We have to wait until it gets resolved.

Last two error solved but inc 9 form show error

Prefill DIN/PAN details once again each form and download and re-sign the forms.

Till yesterday the mca portal showed an error that directors details are not matching as per agile and spice + part B. Morning it showed as the forms are old and kindly upload latest forms.  After following the above step, it got uploaded.

The error for the past few days would have been due to changes in the forms as per recent amendments.

Facing Same issue.

yesterday I was getting three errors.

Today I'm getting one error.

Actually this is a resubmission, So I know for sure that there was no any mistakes as DSC association or change in agile and spice forms. Cause those were already rectified and I was able to submit. 

Later for resubmission I checked and found out the NRI declaration was added new and I also have given necessary information. Regardless of those I found is there anywhere else it is hidden and we have forgotten to check it???

I have tried to scavenge each and every corner of the forms and was not able to see any extra or unattended options.

Kindly, check I that perspective also.

Dear Members,

I tried uploading the forms and the filing was successful. You can use the steps I used and see if it works..

For uploading, kindly clear the system by following the steps mentioned below before downloading and signing the Forms:

1. Go to browser history and delete all cache and cookies

2. Go to run - Type "%Temp% and delete all the data permanently

3. Delete all the files from recycle bin

Once you follow the above mentioned steps, download the Forms, sign and then upload. In case you are using different systems for different DSC, follow the above steps for every system.  Please remember to use "save as" option and not the "save" to save the forms.

Also, in case you are facing issues related to details of director mis-match, try to feed the forms manually and not by copy paste.

Today, I re-submitted the forms which I had first modified on June 2, 2022 for the actual resubmission query and then today I just edited the forms manually to type details of Directors for which I was facing uploading error since the last two days.

I have been facing the same issue for a long time and raised more than 10 ticket for the same but they are not responding .

Client is also calling and asking for the update. This is very hectic now  to manage the client and there is not any time line for resolve the issue

First pre-scrutiny spice form and Agile and submit them. download all forms and sign. Upload the forms from internet explorer. I have also first uploaded from Google chrome . Then error INC-9 was not signed was shown. I then uploaded the same forms from internet explorer, it was success and payments were just made

NO. In my case only two directors. both did not have DIN. But form got uploaded

You can also try to affix all DSCs from one system. I know practically it gets difficult but at times this solves all errors.

Another way out is to affix dsc in the download folder olny and do not change the name of the forms.

These are a few ways out that we try and most of the time succeed in uploading the forms. Let me know if your problem got resolved or not.
