Address Proof for Company Incorpration

Hello Everyone,

Is aadhar card accepted as valid address proof of director while filing spice+ for company incorporation? 

As the director has no other address proof to submit

aadhar card is accepted as a valid ID Proof. You are also required to upload the latest Utility Bill in the name of the proposed director.

yes, Aadhar Card is accepted as valid address proof for director and Utility bill is required for Registered office of Company.

Attach bank statement or copy of bank passbook as address proof. Aadhaar can be used as id proof when he doesn't possess any of the documents stated in the form.

For address proof you can provide Bank statement/passbook or electricity bill.

But point to be noted here is that the entry on passbook or electricity bill should not be older than 2 months.
