DSC registration DIR 3 KYC

Director DIN is deactivated. We are trying to file DIR-3 KYC, but first we need to register the DSC under the Director role on the MCA portal.  

While registering the DSC, the user was earlier registered as a Business User as Manager. While changing the role from Manager to Director, the portal is sending an OTP to the old registered mobile number/email ID, which is no longer accessible. 

Any solution to register dsc with the new number? Please help !

We have filed Form DIR-6, and the email ID and mobile number have been updated in the user details. However, while changing the role to Director, the OTP is still being sent to the old mobile number and email ID.

We are also facing same issue have raised the complaint also OTP goes on old email how to change this any solution. BCz MCA is not changing old email id

Hi sir,

We can update email of director by filing DIR-3 KYC. But while uploading form DIR-3 KYC on MCA portal it is showing DSC registration error. 

Solution: Take a screenshot of the DSC registration error and raise a ticket/complaint with that screenshot on MCA portal and mention DIN of director also in that. 

After that registration of DSC for DIR-3 KYC for that director will not be required and you can file DIR-3 KYC form without registration of DSC. 

It was suggested by a MCA helpdesk personnel.
