what are the documents and time required for LEI registration?

you have to go to LEI website, register your entity and they will tell you to upload last audited financials, mainly and pay the fees (appx 5000 + gst), gets over in about two days.

I receive the query that "  (A) Proposed names include(s) the word "CHAUDHARY"  which is registered trademark under Class 31 is undesirable as per Rule 8A(1)(b) of Companies (Incorporation) Fifth Amendment Rules, 2019. NOC, as applicable, to be provided alongwith a clear & legibleself-attested copy of PAN card (bearing signature) of the TM holder / authorised signatory in case of a body corporate. In case the NOC is from a body corporate, PAN of the body corporate is also required along with Board Resolution."

But  the word “CHAUDHARY” was used from 01/01/2000 to 16/04/2013 as the application date was 16/04/2013 and as per the Trademark Rule THE word which is registered as  Trademark Valid For 10 Years From Date Of Filling it can be renewed within 1 year from the date of expiry with a penalty. But here the applicant has not applied for renewal to till date Therefore there is no validity for the word “CHAUDHARY “, now the same name is not valid for Trademark”
