Error Showing while Uploading AOC-4 CFS

Dear All,

While uploading the form AOC-4 CFS an error shows that "Forms Properties Not Maintained", Does anybody facing same problem if anyone have solution please share

i am also facing similar error in AOC-4, now it shows " FORM IS ALREADY UPLOADED,PLEASE MODIFY AND UPLOAD AGAIN."

I have prepared new form as well but same error, any resolution,

Download the AOC form from the help kit and upload it again with new instance document.

It works.
