Edit the form and submit again through microsoft edge and also make sure that all pop ups are enabled.

Dear All,

As per sec 134 Financial statement including consolidated financial statement is to be signed by two directors,CEO,CFO and CS.

My question is: if board has authorised only two directors to sign the financial statements, still whole time cs appointed in company should sign the financial or not?

Yes.  If CS is appointed in a company, he/she should sign the financial statement as per Sec 134.

A company appointed 2 additional director . At the time of appointment they had no DIN. Din applied through dir 3 form.  Now the question is - Is DIR 3c applicable for those directors?
