Error in ICEGATE REGISTRATION (NO P

Dear Members

I am trying registreing at ICEGATE PORTAL (FRESH REGISTRATION).

I have followed all the guidelines such as:

1. Latest JAVA VERSION

2. Internet Explorer 11 and above

3. Downloaded ' Common Signer Utility to digitally sign Customs Documents' from your website.

4. Tried with Mozilla Fire fox as well.

5. Activated ADD ONS on Mozilla also.

6. Added website icegate and ncode as exception list.

But still the following error is appearing.

Please suggest some wayout.

You are advised to take the simplified registration. The dsc based registration was not working for me.
