Can anyone please share the format of the attachment.

Suppose there in no outstanding to any MSME supplier on 31.03.2024 but during the year there was delay in payment for more than 45 days.Do I need to file MSME-1 for 2023-34(,March)

Yes, companies must file Form MSME-I within the stipulated timeline, even if there are no outstanding dues as of the reporting date but during the period.
