Regularization of additional director in eogm before agm

Dear members,

Can you please let me know that can we regularize additional director in eogm instead of waiting  till agm.

Or the additional directors tenue completes in next agm so thereafter dir 12 for regularization of director  need to be filed.. please let me know

Yes we can regularise additional director in eogm

DIR-12 is also required to be filed in case of regularisation by choosing option of "director" instead of "additonal director" in designation
