PAN of newly Incorporated Company

Dear All,

Please assist on the following query:

A new private limited company was incorporated on 19th Feb, we received the COI having PAN and TAn no. mentioned on it. But we have not received the PAN Card as issued by the Income Tax Deptt. separately. Some CA has told my client that PAN cards are also sent separately by the depot.

IS that true? if yes, then how to claim that PAN Card.

Pls guide.

The IT Department issues only e-pancard on the registered mail id of the company. For physical pan card copy, you can make separate application on NSDL website.

Thanks Navneet ji, then why do these CA mislead the clients??? I could not understand these things till date... why one professional is trying to demean the other?

I am writing these emails just to confirm whether I was wrong in telling my client about receiving e-Pan on the email id of the company because one CA had told my client about receiving the hard copy from IT Deptt.

Please type the mail id noreply@nsdl.co.in in the gmail search option.
