Conversion of Private Limited to LLP

Hello everyone,

I need to know the following 

1.whether the consent by shareholders for conversion of private limited into LLP should be on stamp paper.

2. Auditor's certificate_ what do the auditor certify.

Consent can be on plain paper and auditor's certificate required that there is no nbfc activity.

Hello Everyone,

In conversion of Private Limited into LLP, after completing Form 18 and submit option only FILLIP form got downloaded for DSC and Upload.But while uploading Form 18 is also to be attached.

From where is form 18 is to be downloaded for DSC

Please do make sure the names of attachment are all in caps lock Nd there should be no spacing

Eg _ CONSENTOFDIRECTORS

Hi, 

While filling the form you have to save each page and after submitting you have to wait for some time, each form will downloaded form 18, fillip as well as form 9 with little time gap.

Have saved each page and Submitted but only FILLIP got downloaded. FORM 18  and FORM 9 it didn get downloaded yesterday. 

when i click download PDF no form getting downloaded now.
