Attachments to Form 11 LLP

What documents need to be attached to Form 11 LLP . 

The Form states only "Optional Attachments", so it is alright to file the form without any attachments. 

Please share your views on this,

Attached the details of LLP and/or company in which partner /designated partner is a director/partner in the format as below: – S. No. CIN/LLPIN Name of Company/LLP Designation If you want to attach other informational documents, then select optional attachment and attach the documents.
