Form INC - 27

Dear All,

In case of conversion of a Public Company into Private Limited company, is it still required to file form INC-27 or mere filing of the order in Form INC-28 would suffice?

Yes, you are required to file INC-27, then only you will get a new COI and Master Data on MCA will be updated.

I am in the process of conversion of Private Limited Co. into Public Limited Co. But I am not able to File Form INC-27 as i am getting the error.  "The date entered in the form is more than 15 days from passing the SR.

The SR has been passed on 18th Dec 2021, and on 18th Dec 2021 only, I tried to file INC-27 and got the Popup That MGT-14 SRN is mandatory. So i proceed with MGT-14 and Mentioned the SRN of MGT-14 in INC-27 But while prescrutiny got the error "MGT-14 is not being Approved"

We get the approval of MGT-14 yesterday only, Which is beyond 15 days from the date of passing SR. And now while filing INC-27, we are getting the error ""The date entered in the form is more than 15 days from passing the SR"

Do I have to file CG-1, and wait for its approval?
