Dear All,
I had filed the form SH-7 for reclassification of share capital on August 31, 2021, which had Nil stamp duty payment.
However, the current status of the form is "Pending for related eform processing".
Can someone tell me what is the meaning of this.

May be it is waiting for form PAS-3.

You have to file PAS-3 right after reclassification of shares

Why is PAS-3 is required to be filed. There is no change in the paid up capital?
The balance equity shares have been cancelled and moved to preference shares.

Also required to file. Because you have passed it in the EGM/AGM
As per the remarks, SH-7 is waiting for some other form. Visit ROC or call ROC's person and confirm.
