PERSONAL DETAILS MISMATCH

WHEN IAM TRYING TO ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR'S DSC, AFTER OTP IT SHOWS "PERSONAL DETAILS MISMATCH" .  RAISED COMPLAINT WITH CRC BUT NO SOLUTION.  ANY ONE ABLE TO ASSOCIATE THE DSC SO FAR WITHOUT THIS ERROR

i am also facing same problem, tried several combinations with the name, middle name & father's name, 

Why the system is doing PAN validation again at the time of registering DSC i am not able to understand. Already when DIN was issued it was against PAN and then we are doing KYC every year, which is also a form of validation.

I have a solution for this error.

Please proceed with the Registered user and after creation of user id go to profile change registered user to Business user and then associate DSC.

I was also facing the same issue but when i did the same then I have registered 8 DSC with the same process for the incorporation and other e form filling.

So It may be a system error but this method worked.

Yes it's a software....we are using by paying it....same issue mere sath v tha but mai DSC register karne se pahle personal details confirm kar leta hu from this software....it's really helpful...if you do not have multiple DSC to register then. Do not purchase...

First make the login as registered user on the basis on PAN then update the profile to business using DIN. It worked in our case
