MCA payment issue

[Swetha.v Vanavara]

Dear Members,

Payment has been deducted for  forms AOC-4 XBRL and ADT-1  

But challan not generated, status shows not paid.  

Amount has been deducted from account and  its almost 3 days now. 

Have raised an compliant  No response

Is any one facing same issue. Any other solution.

Yes, one of our ADT-1 paid on 10th Oct. Challan not generated. Amount Debited. Status showing Unpaid. Since it was from HDFC, I click on "please click here". It is showing the following message.

I was facing the same issue. Kindly reopen the ticket and speak to ROC helpdesk. They will resolve the issue on priority basis.

It happened with me also twice. 

At the time of filing spice form, the amount got deducted & the status was showing Not paid. So I paid the fee for the second time & the same got resolved by raising a ticket attaching the bank statement for showing the concerned transaction for that particular day. By virtue of this, not only the issue was resolved but also the amount paid by me earlier was also refunded. 

Second time after filing DPT-3 form, the amount got deducted from my account & the status was showing "Not paid" & when I tried to raise a ticket, the system was not allowing me to do so, since it flashed a message saying that "if the amount has been debited from your account & the system shows not paid, then wait for 48 hours to get a clearance from the bank." 

Thereafter the issue was automatically resolved within 48 hours.

This is the common issue we all face at the time of due dates due to heavy traffic so i would recommend the members to generate Pay Later challans and make the payment after 1 or 2 days when there will be less traffic
