V3 Association of DSC

Please let me know As a professional, in V2 DSC is already associated. Now question is do we need to again associate DSC in V3?

Thank you Kartik Sir for your prompt reply.

Actually MCA helpdesk team saying yes. They said V2 is for Company related filing and V3 is LLP related filing both are different.

And even 50% of the professionals are saying we need to associate dsc in V3 and they have associated also.

I have posted here query to know what the professionals have done in this platform.

My used Id changed...to my email id in V3..but when we are filings Filip form it says please use the earlier id from where name was approved...any one facing the same prob.???

Rakesh Sir from reading your query.

You need to use the same login id for RUN and Fillip form. if u are using the same login id then there might be some technical error.

WE GOT APPROVAL LETTER BY RAISING COMPLAINT AND AT THE TIME OF GENERATION OF FORM 9 ITS SAYS NOW PLS UPLOAD WITH THE SAME ID WHERE NAME WAS APPROVED...AND IM DOING THE SAME WITH EVEN NOTHING HAPPENING.

Also need to change your user category to Business User-> Professional in V3 LLP from the existing Registered user->Professional in V2 LLP system of MCA.

Read FAQs carefully and act. In the last day webinar on 28/04/2022 Person from MCA has said for V3 a person has to register as Business user not only Professional but also for others and you use by login as per your requirement for Company or LLP
