Unable to associate DSC in V3

Dear all,

Unable to associate DSC in the MCA portal...

Opted for "FO Services" - "Associate DSC". It is showing Application History only. Kindly advise if anyone has a solution...

please check whether the user id is registered user or business user.

I also faced the same issue. yesterday i was able to register it by changing the language at the right top. Please try it out.
