How to file llp form 14 on conversion of partnership to llp as it is not available on the MCA portal.

Namaskaram Sir,

For conversion of PF into LLP we have to file Form 17. Form 17 will appear only after you file Form FilLip.

Hi,

COMPLETED CONVERSION PROCEDURES AND GOT CERTIFICATE OF CONVERSION. NOW WE HAVE TO FILE FORM 14 FOR NOTICE OF CONVERSION TO REGISTRAR OF FIRMS WITHIN FIFTEEN DAYS OF REGISTRATION. THAT FORM IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE LLP FORMS.

You have to file form 15 for change in the registered office then you may change address in LLP agreement.

In case of Conversion from Co. to LLP, it is not possible to change address.

If you want to change your address, you may apply for it after conversion.

Thank You  Pragya pls also tell me after run approval when we sud file form 18 with ROC and is there any time after run to get a statement of accounts from the auditor and Consent from shareholders? where the time line is written its not in rules?

OK sir So name got approved in 15th July if on 30th july we make BS statement of account and file the application in flip  within 15 days from the its ok

Only 2 conditions is found in rules that statement of account 30 days of filing and Form 3 sud filed within 30 day from the conversion.

yes, time gap should not be older than 30 days of filing fillip. form 3 is required to be filed with in 30 days from the date of incorporation.

Statement of accounts should not be older than 30 days and must be signed by the auditor and directors of the Company.

If you have sufficient time to file inc-22 you can go for it, or you have one more option to change address after conversion through form 15 and then file LLP agreement in form 3.
