Need PF Consultant?

Hi

Is there anyone in this group who has knowledge of PF Form 5A?

A newly registered company is filing form 5A with PF Department. While filling the form, some cells are frozen and they cannot be modified. Now address given at the time of incorporation has changed and the form is not allowing the change the address.
