Dear Concern,

Can a Minor become a designated partner?

Is there any minimum designated partner requirement in the LLP?

Do I need to get it signed from resigning partners too? OR

It will be sufficient if I attach only a resignation letter.

Pl guide at the earliest.

Dear Concern,

One more thing the LLP registered is of New Delhi, Earlier the contribution amount was INR 41,00,000 and now the contribution amount would be INR 86 Lakhs, how much amount of stamp paper would be purchased? AND

Can Agreement be made before purchase of stamp paper, in other words, can agreement be back-dated and stamp paper of recent date?
