Non Generation of Paid Challan

Hi,

Have raised a Pay Later Challan for Form AOC4 which was to expire on 18.03.2022. Have paid that challan on 17.03.2022 at 9. pm but challan was not generated amount was deducted from bank account. On 18.03 also had tried to generate the challan but was not generated it was showing wait for 48 hrs. On 19.03 it is showing challan Expired. Inspite of raising ticket there is no revert from MCA. Money has been deducted from account and now if they cancel the challan they do we need to pay penalty even if normal fees was deducted from our bank account. Even the 48 hrs were not expired and challan have been cancelled.

same thing happened to me. I paid challan on 17-03-22 and due date was 18-03-2022. But receipt did not generate and challan is showing expired. Even I did not cancel the challan. This is happening first time. compliant raised with mca.

This is serious issue MCA should look into it bcz if challans get expired on weekends and no one is there to look into it then new challans will come with penalty

Today I got refund back in my account saying MCA have rejected the payment after 5 days. So now we have to pay with penalty bcz its MCA fault they were closed for 3 days. Now what can be done please suggest can they give extended time for challans.

Same happened with me i have made payment for PLC amt deducted but Challan not generating AND WE HAVE RECEIVED MAIL CONFIRMATION BUT CHALLAN IS NOT GENERATING Even after raising Ticket NO REPLY its been more than 48 hrs.. I'm trying to Call helpdesk. They are not answering calls...

you made two time payments so don't worry check your payment status it may show payment done. (if you make twice payment of same srn then one amount is credited again to the bank). pls check.

Now mca has sent me refund payment. I never cancelled the challan. They are looting us. I have raised ticket also and they replied " SRN is in Expired or Cancelled status. Please proceed with fresh filing of form". But I did not cancel the challan. What to do?
